Careful note should be taken of tight streamline, the amplitude and speed of the butterfly kick, the arm speed on recovery and the importance of finishing on a full stroke at both the turn and finish. Finishing technique is and needs to be practiced with stroke length adjustments taking place in the last ten to five meters of the wall

The speed of the clip can be adjusted using the video settings to play at 0.75 speed while the analysis audio remains reasonably clear.
